We can work with you to translate the shift and impact on workforce and activity into numbers, and then model future state scenarios. This supports robust decision making around best fit solutions in response to your challenge.

WPCT
Workforce Planning and Capacity Tool is our operational level planning tool that enables you to model day to day staffing at team level with additional options such as skills profiling/planning, waiting times and caseload analysis. The tool is customisable and can be used by any service or organisation with minimal input.
WRaPT
As our proprietary tool, WRaPT (Workforce Repository and Planning Tool) is our go to data processing, modelling and visualisation tool that enables you to model your workforce at team, department, trust and cross economy levels. It also empowers you to get both insights and run reports on your workforce.
