Cumbria Success Regime
Cross Economy
The Success Regime was deployed in the North, West and East Cumbria region to review the current health and social care services and define transformative solutions to improve patient outcomes and the sustainability of the overall health and social care economy.
The Challenge
- One of the first steps in understanding the current state of services was to build an accurate and structured picture of both the workforce capabilities and constraints particular to the Cumbria region, the WRaPT team were tasked with this exercise.
Our Approach
The Outcome
“Through the deployment of WRaPT and the supporting challenge and analysis of our current state, we have been able to, for the first time, collate a detailed picture of staffing profiles. We will now, through the systematisation of the WRaPT tool, be able to use this to model scenarios for the future providing realistic workforce plans.”
